Once you’ve submitted an enquiry, I’ll have a read through your project details & get back to you within 1–2 working days to arrange a discovery call.

This is where we’ll chat through your ideas, goals, vision, & everything you’re looking to achieve, so I can get a real feel for your brand & what you need support with.

After our call, I’ll put together a tailored proposal outlining the recommended package, project timeline, & pricing. Once everything’s approved and booked in, we’ll get started bringing your vision to life.

Throughout the process, I’ll guide you through each stage – from creative direction & design concepts to final delivery – making sure everything feels aligned, intentional, & true to your brand.

Once we’ve had our discovery call and discussed the direction of your project, I’ll send over a contract along with your invoice and payment details.

To officially secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required upfront before any work begins. This allows me to lock in your project dates and start the creative process.

The remaining 50% balance is due before final files, assets, or website transfer are delivered. If needed, I’m happy to discuss flexible payment plans depending on the scope of the project – just let me know during the enquiry process.

This structure helps keep projects running smoothly while ensuring you receive the best possible creative experience from start to finish.

Turnaround times can vary depending on the project scope & what you’re looking for. The best way to get an accurate timeline is by filling out the enquiry form with a few details about your project. Once I’ve had a chance to review everything, I’ll come back to you with a clearer idea of timings, availability, & the best package to suit your needs.
